The Wise Mind-Wise Body Process is designed to support the development and integration of mindfulness as a path for personal transformation and skilled attunement to our deepest nature.  Meditation, self-reflection and self-inquiry are used to help you deepen your own practice and integrate it into your everyday life.

Groups and retreats are facilitated by Starr Kelton-Locke, PhD and Carol Normandi, LMFT with over 60 years of combined experience in mental health practice, mind-body psychology, and meditative practices.  ​All techniques taught in group are grounded in the teachings, practices and research from the fields of mindfulness meditation, mind/body psychology, and neuroscience.

offer an integration of guided practice (experiential), group process, and support for the cultivation of practice outside of group.

Our group process will illuminate what matters most, what is needed for self-care and healing, and how to be consistent in its implementation.

Retreats


Half-Day and Weekend Retreats provide in-depth training on mindfulness practices, with instruction, practice, reflection, and intention setting. Retreats will incorporate the embodied practices of:

Stress Reduction Techniques
