PROGRAM SUMMARYMindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a research validated program that helps you achieve greater balance, control and resilience in today’s challenging times. Mind and body awareness techniques are used to help with the physical and psychological effects of stress, pain, or illness. MSBR is appropriate for many people, including parents, teenagers, caregivers, therapists, health professionals, executives, college students, people in recovery, and those with chronic illness.
